On March 24, 2010, Jeff will be the presenter and facilitator for the North Central Library District's Advisory Council workshop for a program titled Failure Is Not An Option ... But Success Is A Choice, which will focus on improving advocacy and community impact by building relationships.  The program focuses on a relational approach to advocacy and fundraising, as well as the vital elements of story telling and knowing your real value when interacting in the community.  It will also include specific approaches, strategies and tactics for building genuine and mutual relationships.  The reality today is that relationships are ulimately the path to achieving your professional and personal objectives.  This is a private program.

On February 3, 2010, Jeff will be one of the presenters at the Best of the Practice Management and Development Institute, which is presented by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  Jeff's presentation is titled Building a Client-Centric Law Firm, which will include ideas, strategies and tactics for lawyers and law firms to implement in order to build a truly client-centric law firm.  In today's competitive market for legal services, lawyers and law firms must differentiate and build great relationships with their clients.  Jeff's program will focus on tactics and strategies that will help any lawyer and any law firm enhance their effectiveness and their results. 

On January 21, 2010, Jeff was the facilitator for the Cleveland Bridge Builders' session for a program titled Building Relationships, Creating Collaborations, Making An Impact.  The program focused on a relational approach to business and life, as well as specific approaches, strategies and tactics for building genuine and mutual relationships.  The reality today is that relationships are ulimately the path to achieving your professional and personal objectives.  This was a private program.

On December 10, 2009, Jeff was the presenter for the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s program titled Building a Recession Proof Law Firm:  Strategies & Tactics for Building Your Law Business, which focused on business strategies and tactics for successful lawyers and law firms.  The reality today for all lawyers and law firms is that being a good lawyer is not longer enough; instead, lawyers and law firms must also be excellent at client service, at building relationships, and at the business of running a law firm.  Jeff shared his ideas, perspectives, and strategies to help any lawyer or law firm improve their effectiveness and results.

On November 19, 2009, Jeff was the presenter for the Cincinnati Bar Association’s program titled Building a Recession Proof Law Firm:  Strategies & Tactics for Building Your Law Business, which focused on business strategies and tactics for successful lawyers and law firms.  The reality today for all lawyers and law firms is that being a good lawyer is not longer enough; instead, lawyers and law firms must also be excellent at client service, at building relationships, and at the business of running a law firm.  Jeff shared his ideas, perspectives, and strategies to help any lawyer or law firm improve their effectiveness and results. 

On Tuesday, November 3, 2009, Jeff and three other networking and "connecting" experts (David Akers, Katherine Miracle and Kristopher McCrone) will be sharing their job search secrets at a workshop titled Jump Start Your Job Search, with strategies, tools and tactics to help any job seeker find their next position.  Today's reality is that most jobs are found through networking and connecting (70% plus according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics) ... not online.  The workshop will provide job seekers with practical and easy to implement ideas to improve their job search efforts and results.  According to one prior workshop attendee:  "This was the best seminar that I've attended for job seekers.  It provided ideas and concepts that I have not heard before with sound and useable advice."  John Vargo.  The workshop will take place at the University of Phoenix, Beachwood Campus, from 8:00 a.m. to Noon. 

On October 21, 2009 at 10:45 a.m., Jeff was a presenter at the COSE Small Business Conference at the IX Center.  His presentation was titled Failure is Not an Option ...
